Imagine a majestic sea lion, swimming through the waters of Northern Vancouver Island, its sleek body gliding effortlessly through the waves. But for one particular sea lion, its freedom was being suffocated by a life-threatening entanglement. A large packing strap had wrapped tightly around its nec
