Suspect at Large

Authorities have released a video of a person believed to be responsible for the shooting. The individual was seen leaving the building on Hope Street, turning right onto Waterman Street. The person in the video is dressed in dark clothing with their face covered, making identification difficult. Despite extensive searches, no weapon has been found.
