Colorado Businesses Face New Reporting Rule

A new law called the Corporate Transparency Act might soon require many businesses in southern Colorado to file a special report. This report is known as the Beneficial Ownership Information report (BOIR). Surprisingly, some business owners in Pueblo's Union Ave area didn't know about this report. I
