They found that PTDM rates vary across different regions, with some having much higher risks. In particular, region 3 had the highest risk, followed by regions 8, 2, and 9.

Researchers made a model to predict who's at risk, and they found that adding the OPTN region to their predictions made them slightly better. So, what makes these regions different?
