Why Aren't All Kids Getting the Special Education They Need?
Dover, N.H., USAMonday, November 25, 2024
All kids should have the right supports to succeed, whether that's going to a different school or getting help in the classroom. But special-ed kids have another problem: they can feel lonely and left out. They might not make friends or join sports teams if they're always in separate classes.
It's not just about learning, right? Kids should have fun and make friends too. But many parents don't know how to help their kids. They're busy, and schools can't teach them everything. That's where technology can step in. AI tools could help parents understand what their kids need and how to get it.
We still have a long way to go, but it's great that some newspapers are shining a light on this issue. It's important for all kids to get the help they need to succeed.
