The 2025 baseball season is here, and it's time to look at who might win the big awards.  The predictions are out there for who will win the division titles and the World Series. Ohtani is incredible, and it's hard to bet against him after his MVP win last season.  For the Cy Young, Zack Wheeler is the favorite.  He's considered one of the best pitchers in baseball and is due for a Cy Young win.  Paul Skenes is also in the conversation, but Wheeler seems to be the favorite.  As for the Rookie of the Year, Bubba Chandler and Dylan Crews are in the mix.  Chandler is expected to continue the tradition of stud Pirates rookie right-handers.  Crews is a top prospect, but Roki Sasaki is also in the conversation.  The Manager of the Year award is a bit more unpredictable.  Craig Counsell, Torey Lovullo, and Carlos Mendoza are all in the mix.  For the Comeback Player of the Year, Robbie Ray and Spencer Strider are favorites.  Ray has been limited to single-digit appearances over the last two seasons, but he's expected to bounce back.  Strider had a strong spring debut and is expected to have a big season.
