Samsung is gearing up to launch its Galaxy S25 series earlier than expected, with the Galaxy S25 Ultra rumored to be the star of the show. This flagship phone is set to get some minor design tweaks like rounded corners and a thinner body compared to its predecessor, the Galaxy S24 Ultra. The good news is that the new phone will continue to support UFS 4. 0 storage. The bad news? The display’s maximum brightness is staying the same.

One thing to note is that the Galaxy S25 Ultra might not support Find My Device when it’s powered off. This feature, which helps locate lost phones, is currently marked as unsupported in some leaked files. But who knows, maybe Samsung will add this option later on.

The upcoming Galaxy S25 Ultra will come with an option for 16GB of RAM, which is a nice upgrade from the 12GB limit in previous models. The display will maintain its resolution at 3, 120 by 1, 440 pixels, but the maximum brightness could go up to 3, 000 nits. As for the battery, it seems Samsung isn’t planning to boost the capacity, with the same 5, 000mAh cell expected.

While the Galaxy S25 Ultra does have some upgrades, it still has some areas that could use improvement. For instance, the battery capacity hasn’t changed in a while. Let’s hope the Galaxy S26 Ultra brings some more substantial updates.
