I've found walking to be a form of meditation. I can focus on the sights, sounds, and smells around me without worrying about hitting a certain number of steps. Yes, fitness trackers are great, but they can also add pressure. Who needs that? Instead, I enjoy the walk and the benefits it brings. It's not about the steps; it's about the journey. And hey, even just 7, 000 steps can do wonders for your health.
