VR: A Fresh Approach to Mental Health?

Could VR help people with anxiety or stress management? Some studies suggest it might, but the jury is still out. VR could provide a safe space to practice facing fears or improving mindfulness. However, it's not a magic solution. Just like a new cookbook, we need time to test if VR recipes will work.
Mental health professionals are interested, but there are still questions. How does VR impact different mental conditions? Is it suitable for everyone? Long-term effects are also unknown. So, while VR might someday be a tool in the mental health toolbox, it’s not quite there yet.
