Ukraine's New Weapons: A Turning Point?
BrazilMonday, November 18, 2024
Ukraine's president, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, has been asking for this for months. He believes these missiles could help Ukraine stop Russian attacks on its cities and electricity grids. Some of Ukraine's NATO allies weren't too sure about this, though. They were concerned about pushing Russia too far.
Biden just got back from talking with leaders from South Korea, Japan, and China. North Korea's troops were a big topic. But he didn't mention this missile decision when he headed to the Amazon rainforest in Brazil.
