The panel was moderated by Alejandro Pérez from Europol and included experts like Leonardo Real from Tether and Dr. Bruno Requião da Cunha from TRM Labs.
The discussion highlighted the T3 Financial Crime Unit (T3 FCU), a joint initiative by TRON, Tether, and TRM Labs to combat crypto crime. Hurston emphasized the unit's success in bringing together the right expertise to address issues in real-time.
T3 FCU's Achievements
Since its inception in September 2024, the T3 FCU has collaborated with law enforcement agencies worldwide to track and halt criminal activities. The unit has analyzed millions of transactions across five continents, monitoring over $3 billion USD in value. This proactive approach helps in identifying and preventing crimes, making it an invaluable tool for law enforcement.
