Three Times a Day: A Dangerous Tragedy in Clare County

A man from Harrison was arrested following a violent encounter on County Farm Street that turned deadly.

Vehicle Incident:
The first incident involved a 2008 Jeep Wagoneer driven by Christopher Lee Wooster‑Earl.
Witnesses report he intentionally backed the vehicle over a 32‑year‑old man at approximately 3 p.m. on July 25th, then repeated the act two more times.
Victim’s Condition:
The victim was found on the road with serious injuries when deputies arrived.
Emergency crews treated him on site before transporting him to a local hospital for further care.

Secondary Attack:
A 20‑year‑old passenger, Jack David Earl, approached the victim and attempted to stab him.
Police pursued Earl, stopping the assault before it could be completed.
Arrest:
Later that day, investigators located Wooster‑Earl’s car at his home and persuaded him to return.
