Thailand has a lot of adults who take care of others. They face big challenges because of this. These challenges can affect their health and happiness. This is a big problem for public health.  These caregivers need to be strong and bounce back from tough times. This is called resilience.  But what makes some caregivers more resilient than others? This is what researchers wanted to find out.

The study looked at many Thai caregivers.  They wanted to see what made some caregivers more resilient.  They found that resilience is really important. It helps caregivers handle stress better.
