Being a geriatric care worker means facing tough challenges daily. It's a job that really benefits from feeling safe and appreciated. They were split into two groups - one that experienced the program and one that didn't. Workers filled out surveys three times. The program ran twice, focusing on psychological safety and work environment, and whether they thought about leaving.
