A total of 383 elders were involved. They were chosen randomly and carefully. The study used reliable and valid questionnaires. The data showed that these elders generally had good health habits. But they didn't exercise enough.
The study found that health habits were linked to a better quality of life. Physical activity, nutrition, and spiritual growth mattered a lot. Age and health status also played a role.
