The atmosphere was full of fun. The band had a lot of love for their fans, also known as deadheads.
These folks keep their dream going. Sixty years their fans have been their driving force. Without their fans, this band probably wouldn't have lasted. All the music schools, hospitals and health care organizations got help from the dead.
Their generous hearts put a smile on their fans' faces.
Actor Woody Harrelson had a lot to say about the band. The actor and bandmate then took the stage together. Fans and band members laughed. Many people even teared up as they remembered what the band meant to them. The fun continued. They didn’t let any little hiccup stop the celebration. The show rocked on.
Oh, the jokes and the fun. The love for music.
The musicians throughout the night showed everyone of the open hearts they have.
They all praised the gratitude of a community.
The fun wasn't just about the music. Good karma was all around the musical celebration.
They also raised a lot of money. Fans got a shot at helping others.
The Grateful Dead was there. Fans and musicians loved it. Music is life and it really showed.
