In a recent interview on FanDuel's "Up & Adams" show, Gronkowski revealed that the actor playing him is none other than his close friend and body double, Laith Wallschleger. Wallschleger, known to Gronkowski for 14 years, also serves as his double in various commercials.

Gronkowski was watching a clip from the show with host Kay Adams when he pointed out the unexpected cameo. "It was a bit over the top," said Gronkowski, "But Laith did a great job." The show depicts the rise and fall of Aaron Hernandez, a former Patriots teammate who tragically took his own life in prison after being convicted of murder.

Gronkowski praised Wallschleger's performance, noting that he nailed the character's laugh. Despite not being as tall or muscular as Gronkowski, Wallschleger has been handling these roles effectively. He's also appeared in other sports-related productions, including "80 For Brady," where he played an offensive coach.
