Recently, a large number of FBI employees have dealt with unsettling demands from the Justice Department. More than 5, 000 FBI employees were asked to provide personal details for their work on the January 6 riot cases. This demand rises from the Justice Department's interest in identifying personnel involved in these investigations.

    Employees fear they might face significant backlash or loss of jobs based on the information submitted. They are concerned about the motives behind these demands. The survey is seen as an extremely intrusive way to intimidate the FBI agents. The questionnaire ranges from their positions to roles played in the investigations, making them vulnerable.

    Employees expressed their fears about the misuse of the information. They believe the list is intended to cause them to suffer political retribution for their work. It suggests those who investigated cases for the Trump administration may be targeted. The agents involved in the investigations are crippled by the  threat of revenge actions. John Doe, a lead attorney, said

    that this request is a form of harassment and is unjustified. The survey does not give agents any advantage. Instead, it gives more power to the aggressors.

   Meanwhile, the Justice Department has not yet commented on the matter. The department is currently under heavy criticism.

    Several of the 5, 000 employees have already filed for lawsuits against the Justice Department.

    They argue their privacy is being invaded. They seek court intervention to prevent the Trump administration publishing or releasing the surveys. They fear for their lives and jobs.

    Now, imagine going through countless hours of work, and then being publicly disgraced for it.

    The agency, however, may experience numerous legal challenges as the Agents fight back,

    Overall, things are a mess in the FBI right now.

     Some in the current power look to cause damage to those who worked on Trump cases, especially those involved in the January 6 investigation.

    The FBI is not alone in this, as many other law enforcement agencies are under fire. Meanwhile, those in power, right now, may want to ruin the FBI’s integrity.

    The new Trump administration plan to purge players, from the FBI and Justice Department is a grave concern.  To many, this request seems like a  political game to cause havoc on government employees.  The decision to dis-platform thousands of employees is a violent measure.

    The FBI must find a way to navigate these changes with its integrity intact.

    To make matters more uneasy, influential people in Washington supporting this request.

    Under great duress the Agents are taking legal action against the administration to prevent the release of sensitive information.
