This is the reality of the "Unite for America" movement, led by Jotaka Eaddy, a 45-year-old social impact consultant who started her group, Win With Black Women (WWBW), during the 2020 presidential election. Eaddy's vision is to empower Black women to take center stage and exercise their collective economic power to demand a seat at the table.

The movement began as a weekly Zoom call, where Eaddy would gather a group of influential Black women to strategize and support each other. The call was originally intended as a way for the women to financially support Kamala Harris's presidential campaign, but it quickly evolved into a powerful network of women who were committed to fundraising and advocating for other Black women candidates.
