She did it again. Tamra Judge has left "The Real Housewives of Orange County" for the second time. This time, she announced her departure while on a cast trip to New Orleans. The news broke when she posted a message on her Instagram story late Sunday night. She said, "It was a long run! When life gives you real problems this reality s–t doesn’t make sense. Peace out" and confirmed it in the comments when a fan asked if she was quitting.  She didn't give any details about what happened on the trip or what "real problems" she was facing.

The cast was having a good time in New Orleans, enjoying Mardi Gras celebrations. The group included Shannon Beador, Heather Dubrow, Emily Simpson, Gina Kirschenheiter, Jennifer Pedranti, Katie Ginella, and Gretchen Rossi. They were all seen having fun and socializing. But Judge's exit was a surprise to many.  She first left the show in 2020 and later hinted that she had been fired. But she came back to film Season 17 in 2022.  This time, she didn't say if she was fired or if she quit.

Judge has been very supportive of her friend and podcast co-host, Teddi Mellencamp. Mellencamp has been dealing with serious health issues. She recently revealed that doctors found multiple tumors on her brain and lungs. Mellencamp had emergency brain surgery to remove four of the tumors and is still undergoing radiation treatment.  Judge has been there for her friend every step of the way. She even commented on one of Mellencamp's updates, saying, "You are gonna kick cancers ass, you are the strongest person I know. "  Judge has continued hosting their podcast, "Two Ts in a Pod, " and has defended herself for working and not discussing Mellencamp’s health journey.  But she hasn't shared any details about her own reasons for leaving the show.  She might be dealing with her own "real problems" but she hasn't said what they are.  This leaves a lot of questions unanswered.  Why did she leave again?  What's really going on?  Only time will tell.
