This means that the risk of fires will be high, so extra caution is needed.

        By Tuesday, temperatures will drop slightly. The Eastern Plains will be in the 70s, the I-25 corridor will range from the 50s to 60s, and the High Country will be in the 30s to 50s. As evening approaches, there is a chance of rain and snow. This will help to reduce the fire risk, but it might make travel a bit tricky.

        The middle of the work week will bring more rain and snow chances. Highs will fall into the 40s to 50s for the High Country and 20s to 30s for the Eastern Plains. This will help to keep the fire risk low, but it might make outdoor activities a bit chilly.

        As we head into Thursday, the weather will dry out. Highs will rebound into the 50s to 60s, with the High Country seeing temperatures in the 30s to 40s. This will make for a pleasant start to spring.
