Silverstone Surprise: A Polish Racer Climbs to the Top
Maciej Gladysz, a newcomer to ART Grand Prix, did not finish the race in fourth place on track, but he ended up standing on the podium after a 10‑second penalty was handed to Theophile Nael at the finish line.
The Polish driver’s win is his first in Formula 3, a result that came after two other drivers received post‑race penalties.
- Campos Racing’s Ernesto Rivera was penalised.
- TRIDENT’s Matteo De Palo was disqualified for a technical violation.
Because of these adjustments, Freddie Slater and Ugo Ugochukwu moved up to second and third positions.
Louis Sharp of PREMA Racing kept his fourth place, ahead of Noah Stromsted from TRIDENT and ART’s Kanato Le.
Yevan David (AIX Racing) finished seventh, followed by Hayu Yamakoshi of Van Amersfoort Racing and Pedro Clerot from Rodin Motorsport.
Rivera ended the weekend in tenth place after his penalty.
The race at Silverstone has now concluded, and fans can find more details on the official FIA Formula 3 website.
