        So, what can you do to protect your heart?  First, try to limit your screen time.  Take breaks often.  Move around.  Get some exercise.  And eat a healthy diet.  These habits can help keep your cholesterol levels in check and reduce your risk of heart disease.

        It's also important to remember that heart disease is a complex issue.  Many factors can contribute to it, including genetics, diet, and lifestyle.  So, while limiting screen time can help, it's not the only thing you should do to protect your heart.

        The study also raises questions about the role of ApoA1 and ApoB in heart health.  More research is needed to understand how these proteins affect cholesterol levels and heart disease risk.
