Kanye West's journey on the social media platform X has been stormy. Users found his account missing on Monday.  The " account doesn't exist" message popping up where his old profile used to be. But what's unclear here is who took it down. Was it West himself or did X's administrators step in? It's a mystery.

X's owner, Elon Musk, gave West access back in 2023 after the rapper sparked controversy by praising Hitler and sharing a disturbing image.  The rapper became quite active on Super Bowl Sunday, raging about TV show that featured Taylor Swift. The tone of the messages was controversial to say the least and X responded with a warning.

In a recent tweet West claimed that he is quitting the platform. He said it helped him deal with his frustrations.

However, West's time on X was filled with a mix of messages.  The rapper claimed he supports Hitler and expressed hate and mistrust towards Jewish people. This stirred up a lot of backlash.

The remarks sparked protests and criticism from many. David Schwimmer and Piers Morgan were some of the people who responded harshly to his comments.  The American Jewish Committee and the UK based Campaign Against Antisemitism also strongly condemned West's actions.

Some of the message West posted included some of the following statements. "IM A NAZI, " and "SOME OF MY BEST FRIENDS ARE JEWISH AND I DO'NT TRUST ANY OF THEM. "
