Combs’ lawyers are particularly worried that the video’s release could bias potential jurors, making it hard for him to get a fair trial. They allege that the video was leaked by agents from the Department of Homeland Security, not by the prosecutors. The musicians is currently in federal custody, awaiting trial on charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and prostitution. He has insisted on his innocence.
