But there were also barriers. Some doctors felt they didn't have enough time to learn POCUS properly. Others worried about making mistakes. And some thought the machines were expensive or hard to find.

So, what can be done? The study suggests that training and support could help. If hospitals make it easy for doctors to learn and use POCUS, maybe more will use it. And that could be good for patients.
