Overhaul, a supply chain visibility company based in Austin, Texas, has secured a whopping $55 million in funding. Leading the charge was Springcoast Partners, with existing investors Edison Partners and Americo also chipping in. This new cash influx aims to turbocharge Overhaul’s development in AI technology. Plus, it’ll fuel potential acquisitions to strengthen the company’s position.

Overhaul’s CEO, Barry Conlon, sees the supply chain tech sector undergoing significant changes in the next couple of years. He believes the company is well-placed to become a one-stop solution for managing risk, enhancing efficiency, and boosting supply chain visibility. Founded in 2016, Overhaul helps shippers and third-party logistics (3PL) providers by offering tools to tackle issues like cargo delays, damage, and theft. This new funding could push Overhaul to the frontline in integrating advanced technologies into the logistics world.
