OSOM, the company trying to resurrect the legacy of the beloved but short-lived Essential Phone, is facing a major crisis.

A former employee, Mary Ross, has filed a lawsuit alleging that the company's CEO and founder, Jason Keats, used company funds to indulge in a lavish lifestyle.
