Nvidia: Top Pick for AI Growth

According to Morgan Stanley, Nvidia is dominating the artificial intelligence (AI) scene with exciting new opportunities. Analyst Joseph Moore recently met with the company's CEO and management team, reaffirming his high confidence in Nvidia's future. After their three-day nondeal road show, Morgan Stanley believes that Nvidia is still the best pick among semiconductor companies. Despite the stock's impressive 167% rise this year, Moore expects a further 13.1% increase. AI is a big deal, and Nvidia is leading the pack. Moore thinks that upcoming tasks, like "long thinking" AI inferences, will need more powerful hardware. Nvidia's new products, like the Blackwell systems, are perfect for these tasks. They can handle challenging jobs and make every company's AI team stronger. Even the upcoming GB200 systems, with their "full rack" approach, show promise by allowing up to 72 GPUs to work together, like one giant machine!

Analysts predict that Nvidia will grab a bigger slice of the AI processor market in 2025. Moore is especially excited about the Blackwell rollout, which is on track and has orders lined up for the next year. This boosts demand for Nvidia's Hopper GPU architecture in the short term. However, not everyone is as optimistic. Some analysts, like Citi's Atif Malik, think Nvidia's margins might drop next year as the Blackwell platform ramps up. Others, like Fairlead Strategies' Katie Stockton, want to see the stock hit $140 before adding new investments. Even so, Nvidia's stock is doing well this year.
