New Shops Bring Fresh Energy to Crocker Park

Westlake, Ohio, USAWednesday, July 8, 2026

A fresh wave of retail excitement is heading into Crocker Park as two well‑known brands, Abercrombie & Fitch and Hollister, prepare to open new stores in the former Arhaus location. The move follows the furniture store’s relocation next door to the Regal movie theater, marking a notable shift in the mall’s tenant mix.

“Both brands have strong appeal across a wide audience, especially young professionals and Gen Z shoppers,” said Stacie Schmidt, vice president of marketing and communications for Stark Enterprises. “Their return is expected to boost the variety of products available and strengthen Crocker Park’s reputation as a top shopping spot in Northeast Ohio.”

New Stores, New Vibe

  • Abercrombie & Fitch
Stylish yet affordable casual wear, including denim and button‑down shirts.
This will be the brand’s second Northeast Ohio store; the first is at SouthPark Mall in Strongsville.

  • Hollister
Laid‑back California vibe aimed at teens and younger customers.
Already present in SouthPark Mall and Beachwood Place.

Both new shops are slated to open this fall, marking a significant renewal for the mall after a decade since these brands last operated there.
