New Faces at PMK: Sparkes and Rivera Join the Team

PMK Entertainment has added two new leaders to its ranks.
Leah Sparkes will serve as Vice President of Television, Film and Premium Content, bringing over twenty years of experience from NBCUniversal, Harpo Studios, OWN, WE tv, and her own PR firm. She will work out of Los Angeles and report to SVP Cristina Parvu in New York.

Ulisses Rivera, a former WME communications executive, joins as Senior Account Director in the Strategic Communications Group. With more than a decade across agencies and unions—including WME, A3 Artists Agency, Sunshine Sachs, and SAG‑AFTRA—Rivera will help PMK advise clients on the changing entertainment landscape.

Both leaders align with PMK’s growth strategy. The CEO praised Sparkes as a strategic thinker capable of shaping cultural narratives and building lasting brands, while the president highlighted her skill in navigating publicity, brand strategy, and premium content. Rivera’s agency background is seen as a strength for advising clients at the highest level.

The company, which joined the Acceleration Community of Companies last November, expects these additions to strengthen its presence in television, film, and premium content while keeping the firm ahead of industry shifts.
