New Doctors Join Oswego Health’s Fulton Office

Oswego Health has added two new providers to its Fulton PrimeCare location, boosting care options for patients.

Dr. Christine Ma – Family Medicine

• Background: Trained at Lehigh Valley Health Network, earned an osteopathic degree from Lake Erie College.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Korean.
• Leadership: Former chief resident, bringing strong leadership skills to the clinic.

Casey O. Donovan – Nurse Practitioner

• Experience: Nearly ten years in emergency and critical‑care at Oswego Hospital.
• Education: Master’s in family nursing from SUNY Polytechnic; degrees in biology and nursing from SUNY Brockport and Cayuga Community College.
• Role: Will help the team handle urgent situations and routine family health needs.

Together, Dr. Ma and Casey Donovan expand the range of services available to families in Oswego County, ensuring patients have access to comprehensive and culturally aware care.
