New AI Deal Lets Prodigii Boost Services with VERSES Technology

Vancouver, British Columbia, CanadaMonday, April 27, 2026
Prodigii AI, a company that builds tools to help big businesses use artificial intelligence, has signed a fresh agreement with VERSES AI. The deal lets Prodigii license VERSES’s Genius platform and its flagship AXIOM “digital brain” for use with Prodigii’s own customers. The partnership is aimed at speeding up the launch of new AI services in areas like finance, insurance, cybersecurity, manufacturing and health care. VERSES has already worked with Prodigii before, but this new contract adds a big upfront payment of $350, 000 and quarterly revenue shares that start at $125, 000. The contract runs for ten years with an option to extend another decade.
The agreement is part of VERSES’s plan to grow its business by selling its technology through partners instead of only direct sales. By giving Prodigii access to Genius, the companies hope to create smarter, real‑time automated systems that can be rolled out quickly. Both sides see the move as a win for customers who will get more reliable AI tools that adapt faster and cost less. The deal also signals confidence in VERSES’s approach to building AI systems that mimic natural intelligence. The collaboration is expected to open new markets for both firms and could lead to more cross‑industry projects in the near future.
