What started as six women sharing their stories has grown into a group of ten individuals calling out Justin Tucker. Now we find three more massage therapists have publicly accused Ravens kicker Justin Tucker of unwanted advances. The newest group of women have come forward to add to the allegations of inappropriate behavior.

        A look into the past shows that there were rumors about Tucker’s behavior which were said to involve inappropriate actions. Social media posts and the Baltimore Banner, show Tucker has been banned from a few spas in Baltimore. This isn’t new information.

        Massage therapists are now speaking up for their own and other employee rights.  A woman who was previously afraid to speak out has found the courage to share her experiences with the world.

        It is clear that there are more people willing to be part of the conversation.  These women have decided to break their silence and join the others who are all ready to face Tucker.

        A big question is why would the Ravens keep someone on their team who has had allegations against him.  Should the team already know the facts of the situation? Should they understand the risks?

        Some of the women claim Tucker sexually harassed them during their massage sessions. It is important to note the response from Tucker and his representatives.

        Two spas in the Baltimore area are being proactive about the situation and have banned Tucker from their facilities.  This is in response to their reputation and customer satisfaction.  The problem is now bigger than Tucker himself.

        The Ravens are expected to perform a thorough investigation into the allegations. The question then becomes how much information can be gathered if the parties involved come to a settlement agreement.

        The NFL came under fire for the way they handled previous allegations against players. To some, the Ravens have already been clear about their stance on sexual assault allegations. The team has been known to release players who have been accused without much explanation or hesitation.

        The Ravens’ reaction to allegations could be seen as them protecting their reputation. This is likely the reason the team has already publicly said that they have "zero tolerance".  So, what does this situation say about their record on this issue?
