Microsoft recently announced a new piece of hardware designed for businesses. It is a USB 4 dock priced at $200.

      It is an alternative to the current $300 Thunderbolt 4 dock.

      The user will have access to only three ports in the cheaper model, while the more expensive version offers six ports.

      So, it is certainly a trade-off to get a lower price.

      While Microsoft made some interesting choices with port availability.

         Did they go too far?

       Users with this model will get a rear-facing HDMI.

    The Thunderbolt 4 dock is a powerhouse with 165W power draw.

      Its 96W passthrough feature allows it to charge your devices quickly and efficiently.

      The USB 4 Dock offers 100W through 65W passthrough.

      It has a gigabit Ethernet port.

      It lacks a 3. 5mm audio jack and desk mount.

      So, you can add another 4K 120Hz screen.

      This  USB 4 Dock allows high-speed transfers at up to 40Gb/s.

      You can display a 4K 60Hz on your screen.

      The more affordable docking station begins shipping on February 18.

      It is compatible with older Surface models.

      Two new Intel-powered Copilot Plus models were launched.

      They were designed to offer similar benefits to the Surface Laptop 7 and Surface Pro 11 as the Qualcomm Snapdragon variants.

      Will it be worth the extra cost?

      The Intel models start at $1, 499 as compared to the $1099 Qualcomm variants.

      It's planned for release on Feb 18 and will be compatible with Surface models.

      They feature the most recent Intel Core Ultra 200V chips.

      What exactly is a neural processing unit?

      With 48 TOPS of AI performance.

       They can support up to 32 GB of RAM.

      The Laptop 7 comes in 13. 8-inch and 15-inch screen sizes.

      The Pro 11 is only available in a 13-inch LCD or OLED panel.

      These models boast support for Windows 11 but at a steep price.

      The Intel models pack a punch.
