Ambulance staff are often the first responders to mental health crises. However, their attitudes towards patients with mental health conditions can impact the care they provide. The Medical Condition Regard Scale (MCRS) measures these attitudes, but it hasn't been tested with ambulance staff or translated into Norwegian. This study aims to translate the MCRS into Norwegian, test it with ambulance staff, and assess its reliability. The goal is to understand how ambulance staff regard patients with psychosis and improve mental health care.
