Martha Stewart vs. Reporter: A Clap Back

Martha Stewart recently stirred up some old drama in her Netflix biopic, "Martha. " She made a comment about a reporter who covered her insider trading trial, saying, "Thank goodness, she's dead. " But the reporter, Andrea Peyser, wasn't having it. In a New York Post editorial, Peyser fired back, "I'm alive, b*tch! " She was shocked by the false death claim and jokingly wondered if she should be scared of writing "crap" again. Stewart spent five months in jail for insider trading in 2005. She's not too fond of Peyser, who wrote critical things about her during the trial. In her documentary, Stewart expressed relief that Peyser was no longer around to write "horrible" things.

Peyser felt sad about Stewart's bitterness and wished her no ill will. The documentary "Martha" didn't just stop at that.
