The big win for Republicans in Texas's state senate was the creation of school choice bill debate. The lawmakers even  set a $10000 voucher for any student. This year, state legislators in the TexasSenate debated a bill to funnel $1bn  of state funds into education savings accounts through it fund students in both private and home schools for Texas students.
