The fan had been heckling Kelce, who was in State College for ESPN's "College Gameday. " The police noted an incident of property damage nearby.

Kelce, who was taking part in ESPN's "College Gameday, " was walking near Beaver Stadium when a fan shouted at him. The fan used a homophobic slur to taunt Kelce about his brother, Travis, and his girlfriend, Taylor Swift. Kelce responded by grabbing the fan's phone and smashing it on the ground. The fan then pushed Kelce and demanded his phone back.

The police listed criminal mischief and disorderly conduct as possible offenses. It's not clear if someone reported the incident.
