Justin Moore Steps Back from Touring to Prioritize Health

Delaware, Dewey Beach, USATuesday, June 9, 2026

Country star Justin Moore has pulled out of at least two scheduled concerts to focus on a health issue that remains unnamed. The singer posted that stepping away was the best choice for him and his family, thanking fans for their support.

  • Canceled shows:
  • Bottle & Cork (Delaware) – June 11
  • Bottle & Cork (Delaware) – June 12

While he has not revealed specifics about his condition, Moore said the break would be brief and that he hopes to return to touring later in the summer. He previously shared that a torn MCL from a ski trip would not sideline him for long.

Fans and fellow musicians, including Priscilla Block and Jake Owen, responded to his announcement with messages of encouragement.

After the canceled dates, Moore was slated to join Riley Green on June 18, but it is unclear if he will perform. If not, a replacement act may take his place.

Beyond the immediate tour, Moore has other appearances planned for 2026, including a series of festivals and a final show on October 17. The artist’s decision highlights the balance performers must strike between health and career commitments.
