People with mental health challenges often struggle to be active in their communities.  This is a big problem.  It is hard for them to enjoy life and feel connected to others. They play a big role.  They provide the guidance and encouragement needed.  They help people build the skills they need to be independent.  To take the lead.  To be active in their communities.
