How Religions Grow and Change Over Time

This is where new things tend to connect to things that are already big or popular. They also suggested two different ways to model these patterns using algorithms.

Another important thing they found was that a simple equation can describe the growth and decline of religious populations over time. This is similar to how population sizes change, but different from how languages compete with each other.
