How Catholic Values Pass from One Generation to Another

The study looked at four specific parenting practices within Catholicism: showing assurance, using punishment or disapproval, encouraging social involvement, and promoting skepticism. It turned out that identified internalization played a big role in all of these practices, while introjected internalization mostly affected social involvement and punishment.
