Holloway Eyes a Third Fight With McGregor While Planning 2027 Return

Max Holloway has made it clear that he is still chasing a third bout with Conor McGregor, even though the Irish fighter may be sidelined for an uncertain period after his recent injury.

The two met at UFC 329, where Holloway delivered a swift victory in just over a minute.

After the fight, Holloway told reporters he is not eager to move on from the unfinished business with McGregor:

“I trained hard for this fight and I want to prove my worth in the 170‑pound division.
I'm ready to face whatever challenge McGregor brings, even if it takes time.”

McGregor’s injury means the next chapter could be delayed. This gives Holloway a window to focus on other goals, including spending more time with his family.
