Help for Women Aspiring to Education and Training

Are you a woman who's the main breadwinner and dreams of furthering your education or getting new skills? The Soroptimist Live Your Dream: Education and Training Awards for Women could be your key to success. This program offers grants to women like you, helping with costs such as tuition, books, child care, or transport. Applications are open till November 15. The Coeur d’Alene club will give cash awards to winners who can then compete at the regional level, with up to $5,000 more on the line. Three top finalists even get a massive $10,000 each!

Soroptimist has been doing this for 52 years, dishing out over $40 million in grants and making dreams come true for thousands of women. It’s all part of their mission to empower women through education and training. The Coeur d’Alene club is one of many under Soroptimist International of the Americas, a global group that relies on donations to keep its programs running.
