Health Nuts Protest Kellogg's: Ditch the Dyes!
Battle Creek, Michigan, USAThursday, October 17, 2024
Kellogg's had promised in 2015 to phase out these artificial ingredients by 2018. But here we are in 2024, and they're still adding them. Why? Some think it's for profit. These additives might cause health issues like hyperactivity in kids, according to research. Other countries like the UK and Japan have even banned some of these dyes.
Kellogg's says their cereals are safe and follow the rules. They claim 85% of their cereals don't use artificial colors anymore. But protesters want more. They want Kellogg's to stop using these ingredients altogether.
