Gifted Kids' Classes: A Mysterious Past?

Years ago, some kids were in special classes called GATE. Now, adults who were in these classes are wondering if they were secretly trained by the CIA! One of these adults, Anna Mills, shared her old school work on TikTok. People were surprised to see assignments about codes, graphs, sign language, and even Russian. Some worksheets mentioned aliens and Russian culture. This has made some people think that the GATE program was connected to a CIA program called Gateway.

The Gateway program was about exploring human consciousness using sounds and meditation. Some former GATE students remember taking tests with strange sounds, like crashing waves. Many people who were in GATE classes can't remember much about them. Some even think their minds might have been changed. But there's no proof that GATE programs were linked to the CIA.
