Get Ready to Run with Grandma's Marathon Kickoff

Hey, runners! Are you prepping for the Grandma's Marathon? The time is ticking, and it's almost here! But don't worry, there's a cool event to help you get started. On Saturday, January 25th, the "Gearing Up For Grandma's" event is back to inspire and get you ready for training. Grab your running shoes and head over to the Essentia Health 1st Street Building Lobby. Doors open at 8 a. m. , and the fun begins at 9 a. m. with a 5K group run. After that, enjoy a free breakfast. Yum!

Experts from Essentia Health will be there to chat about running and answer all your questions. Plus, you might win one of the 12 free entries into any Grandma's Marathon event. The Garry Bjorklund Half Marathon is already sold out, so this is your chance to join in if you missed the registration. After breakfast, listen to some speakers starting at 10 a. m. It's a great day to connect with other runners and get pumped for the big race!
