The Rock County Board Chair, Kevin Leavy, is on the hunt for local residents eager to make a difference in their community's health.  The Board of Health is a big deal in Rock County, Wisconsin.  It's all about keeping the community healthy and safe.  The board has nine members, and five of them are up for grabs.  These positions are open to anyone who has a passion for public or community health.  This includes healthcare professionals.  The board's job is to make sure the health department is doing its job right.  They also figure out what the community needs and create policies to keep everyone healthy.
