Famous Homes and Hollywood Events Hit Hard by LA Fires

Jamie Lee Curtis was one of the celebrities who donated a big chunk of money – $1 million – to help with the fire relief. She talked about it on “The Tonight Show, ” saying that her Pacific Palisades neighborhood was on fire. Billy Crystal and his wife lost their home too, which they had been living in for 46 years. Anthony Hopkins, John Goodman, and Miles Teller also saw their homes go up in flames. Jeff Bridges’ Malibu home met the same fate, as did producer Candy Spelling’s house. Paris Hilton’s beachfront Malibu home was lost too. She posted on X about the fires to show her support. Eugene Levy’s home in Pacific Palisades was also destroyed. Mandy Moore seemed to suggest that her house had burned down in an Instagram post. Cary Elwes and his wife lost their home but were grateful to have made it out safely. Actor James Woods broke down on CNN, describing the chaos as an inferno. Adam Brody and Leighton Meester, Anna Faris, and reality TV stars Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag also lost their homes. Even “All My Children” and “General Hospital” star Cameron Mathison saw his home destroyed. Many of these celebrities took to social media to share their experiences and show support for those affected.
